Ray Milhem, Founder & CEO of MILHEM – Digital Transformation & Leadership, is a global technology executive with nearly 40 years of experience driving growth, efficiency, and innovation for startups, mid-size, and Fortune 500 companies across the technology and telecom sectors. His expertise spans strategic planning, engineering, product management, operations, P&L, M&A, and leadership across the U.S., Canada, Kuwait, and Dubai, and he has presented at numerous global conferences.


Abed Khaskia is a mechanical engineer with 45+ years of experience in modeling, simulation, and multi-physics applications. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and spent his career at firms including Control Data Corporation and Mallett Technology, where he became a principal and led consulting, training, and strategic initiatives. After Mallett merged with Ozen Engineering, he retired in 2024 to focus on consulting and volunteer work. He has long served AAAEA–Capital, currently as vice president.
Eissa is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience in civil engineering and a master’s degree from the University of Michigan. He was a founding member of the AAAEA Capital Area Chapter, has served as its first president for two terms, chaired multiple committees, and currently serves as treasurer. Eissa has been an active member of AAAEA for more than 12 years and has attended multiple national conferences.

Thoria Hassan is a project manager and artist with 25+ years of experience leading design and construction projects in both public and private sectors. Based in Fairfax, she oversees capital improvements and historic renovations with a blend of architectural expertise, legal insight, and creative vision. A graduate of Alexandria University with project management certification, she is also an accomplished painter and glass artist. Thoria serves as Chair of Education and Scholarship for AAAEA–Capital, supporting students and professionals through mentorship and outreach.


Bader Masoud is a Strategic Communication and Public Relations Specialist with 10+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communication, and media strategy for corporate, community, and multicultural audiences. He is the Founder of Archive Media (MENA) and Chair of PR & Marketing for AAAEA–Capital, leading digital engagement and storytelling efforts. Bader holds a B.A. in Communication from George Mason University and is an active PRSA member.
